When life gives you lemons…
We use only fresh-squeezed lemon juice for our lemon bars, and then throw in a bit of lemon zest for good measure, to ensure these bars are packed with gooey lemony goodness, without being overly sweet or cloying. We serve our light-as-air lemon custard atop a buttery, flakey shortbread crust for the perfect balanced bite. Enjoy!
